16+ years in real estate, including 12 years as a Managing Broker and 2 years leading my own team.

How do Buyer Brokerage Agreements & compensation work?

You’ll likely sign a buyer representation agreement that outlines services and compensation. Options include payment by the buyer, by the seller as a marketing incentive, or another negotiated structure—always disclosed up front. Okay, look. You're about to get a holiday video from me, but don't worry, it's not the usual boring canned message. We’re keeping this thing short, sweet, and actually fun. I even dug up a few random, mostly useless, but hilarious historical facts about the first Thanksgiving. Seriously, no forks were invited? Get in here for the history lesson you didn't know you needed (or wanted), delivered with a quick, rhythmic rhyme!

But jokes aside, I’m getting real about why I’m thankful. It's a shout-out to my family, the beautifully scattered, sometimes chaotic crew who are always there, no matter how much real estate, divorce, or distance gets in the way. And I'm hugely grateful for this job! I get to help you all buy and sell your literal biggest asset, which is cool. Even cooler? It lets me give back to the community. That’s why I’ll be rocking an apron and serving meals at St. Vincent De Paul this Thursday.
