Kitsap County Weekly Housing Market Update: Oct 6-12, 2025
This week’s Kitsap County Housing Market Stats show a clear cooldown compared to last week, but don’t let the numbers fool you, it’s not necessarily bad news. Active listings dropped from 81 to 72, meaning fewer homes are currently available. Both pending inspections and pending sales saw a dip as well, going from 55 to 31 and 35 to 20, respectively. This tells us that buyer activity has slowed a bit, which is common as we transition further into fall when the market typically takes a breather.
